Technician will carry out a full system check over to diagnose the fault, full detailed report will be completed with best steps forward to rectify the system. 

Full component test and check over, Indoor unit will be stripped down, fully disinfected and washed using high quality viper cleaning products, All mould and dirt will be cleaned from fan barrels and coil, Drains will be cleared ensuring no future water leaks, System tested and commissioned on completion.

Full component test and system check over, Filter pads cleaned and deodorised , water pan cleaned from all dirt and calcium build up, Drain checked and cleared from any blockages, full ductwork inspection, power consumption test. 

Full component test and system check over, Return filter clean and coil deodorised with anti bacterial spray, Outdoor coil cleaned of dirt and debris, Drains tested and cleared from any blockages, Power consumption test to ensure system isn’t using excess power, all electrical connections checked, Air off temperatures tested.
